The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), known nationally as the CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP), is a yearlong, evidence-based effort designed to help adults with prediabetes, or those at-risk for type 2 diabetes, develop and maintain healthier lifestyle habits.

Who Can Enroll?
